Update 2025: Good service; easy to schedule and a friendly drop off experience. My service advisor kept me up to date throughout the day regarding services performed. Did not perform car wash as promised; over torqued the tire lug nuts A LOT!

My lease was ending with Mcgrath Honda so I spent time with Nathan discussing my options. He was informative with my choices and patient with my test driving of more than one vehicle. In the end he advocated for me and my budget and I was able to drive home in the car that was best for me. All of this while their entire system was down! I was grateful for his positive attitude and company while we waited for the system to be fixed and I could take my car of choice home. Many thanks to George and Tomas as well for their time and care toward my experience. Overall a day well spent.

I had voiced my opinion here about not getting resolve to an error on my lease after trying multiple times. The General Manager Nate P reached out to me and I arranged to come into the dealership and talk. I spoke with Jeff Y, General Manager of Sales. Very calm and meticulous! He had gone over my paperwork and found errors and immediately corrected them. I really appreciated the fact that he took the time analyze and ask questions. My family has purchased from McGrath in the past and it was highly recommended to me that I do the same. I will continue to return here for my next vehicle purchase or lease, no doubt.

I happened to catch Jayce while he was in the middle of another task, but he immediately offered to help us. He was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, and he answered all of our questions with clarity and confidence. There was none of the usual nervous or pressured feeling that often comes with buying a car at a dealership. Jayce made the entire experience feel comfortable and trustworthy. When we decided to purchase the vehicle Dean showed us the buying process was pleasant. When we go to the finance / closing process Joe P was great. We worked through the paper work for the purchase and Joe was not pushing any additional contract items. He explained the process and we got through the sighing process in a short period of time.
